We are getting closer and closer to our trip. Last night, the adults leaders got together to start planning for our trip. We have an awesome group of adults going on the trip this year. They are looking forward to getting to know all of the youth better.
This email is intended to start prepping you for our meeting on June 9th at Noon. I ask that you start to go over this material and let me know of any questions you may have. It is a very important meeting, so your attendance is a must. I also don’t want to keep you all day, so by going over this material now, this will help us have a more efficient and productive meeting.
