Graceful Foundations of Transformation

John 3:1-17

I hope you will have a chance to read the Gospel lesson from John 3 before you arrive at worship today.  Take a couple of minutes to prepare your heart as we gather together at 8:00, 9:30 or 11:00.

The third chapter of John contains one of the best known passages in the New Testament.  How many times have you seen a John 3:16 sign or heard someone quote this beautiful passage about the transforming love of God?  “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Do you think that is true?  Better yet, is it true for you?
