Missions: UMCOR Blessing Bags – We collect the items through donations and pack the kits each year. We just finished our 2016 pack in May.
UMCOR health kits as part of our blessing bag mission. These health kits will be a blessing for many as they provide basic necessities to people who have been forced to leave their homes because of human conflict or natural disaster. Health kits are also used as learning tools in personal hygiene, literacy, nutrition, and cooking classes.
Below is the list of items needed for each kit. If you’d like to donate funds to help purchase items you can write a check to PUMC and note ‘UMCOR Health Kits’ in the memo line and place it in the offering plate. For more info, please reach out to Marsha Weber (303) 658-0468.
If you are able to bring any of the items below you can drop off donations at the Missions table. Please note that they are for the relief kits.
